Returns
Before any items are returned you must contact us to receive a RMA number. Any returns received without an RMA number will be returned to sender.
Unwanted Items
If you wish to return an unwanted item then please carefully repackage the item and return it to us to the address below. Please ensure you write your RMA number clearly on the packaging. Unwanted items may only be returned within 7 days of you receiving the item. Once checked we can then issue a replacement or refund. We are sorry but we cannot refund the delivery cost of an unwanted item.
Faulty Items
Faulty items may be returned within 30 days of receipt to the address below. Please remember to write your RMA number clearly on the packaging. The item will then be thoroughly tested. If the item is found to be faulty then we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund as required. If no fault is found then the item will be returned to yourself at your cost. |
